Today I'm going to share one of our daily rituals involving food: juicing. I often joke that our juicer became our forth child: a lot of work, but totally worth it.
David (age 3) helps me to prepare the vegetables while Estela (age 8)(sometimes) joins us in the making. It's nutritiously fun, a great supplement to our diets and a nice way to end a busy day!
The recipe in the pictures: 4 carrots, 5 oranges, 1 English cucumber, 1 bunch of collard greens. All organic.
